Heres a few tips to help achieve the perfect pout!
1.Stick to neutral shades-nudes and light pinks-as this will make your lips appear fuller.
2.Use lip liner slightly beyond your natural lip line - as this will give the illusion that your lip are bigger than they actually are.
3.Wear gloss-in the center of the lip as the shine will attract the eye to the fullest part of the lip.
4.Apply a highlighter or eyeshadow/eyeliner to your cupids bow-this makes your top lip seem fuller.
5-Apply a slightly darker foundation under your lower lip-this makes you bottom lip seem fuller.
